We are excited to announce a key leadership opportunity within our HR team at ST Engineering North America. The position of Vice President, HR Shared Services is now open, reporting directly to the Regional Head of Human Resources.
In this critical role, the VP of HR Shared Services will lead the HR shared services and operations function for North America, overseeing all processes across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding through offboarding. This position will be pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and security of employee records and data within SuccessFactors and related systems.

What YOU will do:
Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Strategy: Lead the HR Operations and HRIS teams in the design and implementation of process improvements and ongoing enhancements related to the employee lifecycle. Employee Data Management: Ensure that employee records are accurately compiled, analyzed, submitted, and securely managed within SuccessFactors and related systems. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Legal, to drive alignment and success across the organization.
