We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us grow our HR team capabilities. You will play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent for Playtika. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying potential candidates, proven sourcing skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques (including online channels, social media, networking events, and referrals) to identify and attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and priorities.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates.
  • Engage with candidates through personalized outreach, email campaigns, and networking events to establish rapport and interest.
  • Conduct in-depth phone interviews
  • Work with data to analyze sourcing metrics and optimize sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and recruitment process.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a talent sourcer in a global company.
  • Hands-on experience in a wide range of sourcing strategies, practices, and trends.
  • Proven ability to engage Senior passive candidates and successfully convert them into active candidates.
  • Ability to generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.
  • Proven experience and ability to engage and partner with a variety of stakeholders, including hiring managers, executives, and external partners.
  • Team player with a "can-do" attitude, willing to collaborate and contribute to team success.
  • Data-driven with hands-on experience analyzing conversion funnels and sourcing metrics to optimize sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
