Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Manager of AO Projects and Execution is responsible for the overall management of all AO related projects for the Hub, including shepherding initiatives from envision, through design, build, and activate phases, and ensuring that project management fundamentals are applied and respected throughout so that projects and processes are delivered on time, under budget and achieve the strategic vision of the organization.
This leader will assume responsibility for projects across all AO teams including but not limited to Customer Service (ATW), Ramp Service (BTW), Business Office (BO) and Station Operations (SOC) and will collaborate closely with team members from Corporate Real Estate, Finance, Legal, Customer Support Center resources, local airport authority and government agencies, and other departments, and will build strong and cohesive relationships with respective department leaders to ensure that goals, vision and execution of the project are aligned with their operational objectives and needs.
- Lead all aspects of Hub construction projects and local airport authority relationships
- Manage a team of Assistant Managers with experience in Airport Operations who will work both individually and collaboratively across the Hub depending on the size and scope of the project
- Other areas of responsibility, projects, and initiatives, as defined by Hub Leader
- Regulatory and audit coordination for Hub
- Active involvement in local airport community

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- Associates degree or equivalent experience in an airline's operational environment
- Proven leadership ability and desire to work in a very fast paced environment and leading a large-scale organization
- 5 Years Airline Management
- Detailed knowledge of operational and corporate policies and procedures
- Solid understanding of Airport Operations functions
- Detailed understanding of station controls/quality assurance
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office computer software
- Excellent communication skills, written and presentation, with ability to present to all levels of the organization
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Proactive management style, outstanding problem-solving skills, and commitment to excellence

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position
