What You Will Be Doing:
Join Lockheed Martin as a Human Resources Business Partner supporting our Engineering & Technology (E&T) organization. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving human capital initiatives that align with business objectives, collaborating with E&T leaders, to shape the future of innovation and talent development.
As an HR Business Partner, you will:
· Partner closely with E&T leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and processes, including talent management, promotion planning, performance management, salary planning, and rewards and recognition.
· Act as a trusted advisor to your client groups, helping them meet their business objectives through tailored HR initiatives.
· Drive enterprise-wide organizational strategies in collaboration with your HR counterparts.
· Serve as a talent champion by identifying, developing, and retaining top talent within the organization.
· Address employee relations and organizational concerns while maintaining confidentiality and providing support to leadership.
· Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise and other functional areas to design and execute effective HR solutions.
· Use data and analytics to identify opportunities, propose actionable recommendations, and implement solutions to achieve business and HR goals.

Basic Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Experience in HR systems with a solid understanding of HR policies and procedures
• Knowledge of HR disciplines, employment and labor laws, and understanding of basic HR philosophies
• Skilled in effectively engaging with employees and leaders at all organizational levels
• Excellent communication, coaching and relationship building skills
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with Excel
• Demonstrated ability to maintain integrity, urgency, and confidentiality in all matters
Desired skills• Advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in various HR competencies
• Experience in employee relations and conducting investigations
• Experience in functional HR such as Compensation, Labor Relations, Staffing, Diversity & Inclusion, or HRIS
• Familiarity with LMPeople HR systems
• Knowledge of Organization Design and Effectiveness

Ability to work remotelyPart-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Security Clearance InformationThis position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $74,700 - $143,100. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
