Scheduler III

Our client is looking for Scheduler III shall be ultimately responsible to develop and maintain detailed construction planning schedules for new construction and renovation work. If interested please send me your updated resume.

Hourly Rate: $60/hr - $70/hr
Location: LAWA – LA airport, onsite (Full-Time)

Hardware/Software Knowledge

• Requires advanced use of Oracle Primavera software (mastery of Primavera Project Planner Version 6.0 or higher required), along with related software tools such as Schedule Analyzer, Microsoft Project, Claims Digger, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam

Professional Experience Level/Other Qualifications

• 10 years or more of scheduling experience with 5 plus years in direct support of an active construction project
• Direct forensic scheduling experience to support claims analysis on large-scale, complex heavy civil, vertical and horizontal projects (projects of at least $200M value and 3-years or greater duration) particularly for assessment of delay claims and potential owner’s liabilities
• Experience with various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR and Design/Build
