Provides overall strategic direction and leadership in establishing a safety culture for the operational team of assigned customer(s). Manage corporate safety processes and procedures for rail-crew transportation operations which will reduce accidents and injuries. Deliver established driver safety training and provides strategic support to Operations Sr. Managers/Directors. Evaluates existing safety programs and consults with organizational leaders to continuously improve training techniques and processes. Oversees the execution of the operational handling of state and client-specific driver and vehicle compliance tasks.
