Job Description
The Operations Systems and Modeling Team is seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead and manage Operations Business Transformation projects from initiation to closure. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and sponsors to ensure project goals and objectives are met.

The initial project will be leading cross-functional and cross-site teams to develop a OneAero deployment plan for Johnstown and Pinellas sites and successfully executing them. This is a crucial first step in aligning Aero prior to adoption of 1LMX common MES and common ERP.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
• Develop and manage project budgets, including tracking and reporting expenses
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including status updates, progress reviews, and issue resolution
• Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

Basic Qualifications
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college

Desired skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships with peers, stakeholders, and customers
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methods, and techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience as a CAM or with Earned Value Management

Ability to work remotely
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $111,700 - $196,880. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
