What You Will Be Doing

The Global Supply Chain (GSC) Strategic Sourcing team is seeking a Program Management, Subcontract Manager., supporting the small business arena. This role is essential to lead and drive the Aero supplier strategy and execution. The Supplier Program is not only a measurable and audible Federal Contracting requirement; the successful execution and growth of this program improves Aero’s competitive position while mitigating supply chain fragility. Failure to meet requirements may result in contracting withholds (max) to brand or reputational damage (min). As evident by recent FY24 negotiations, performance requirements increased significantly for Aero. Supplier comradery must be an active participant in Front End of the Business (FEOTB) solutions. Connect across Business Areas and with Enterprise Operations (Corporate), while supporting active Enterprise initiative is key for Aero success.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college, or university

Supply chain management and value stream experience

Experience in FAR/DFARS requirements

Experience with developing and executing business strategies

Project Management experience (PMP)

Experience in Change Management

Desired skills
Experience in FAR/DFARS requirements, in addition to Aero and Corporate policy associated with Small Business (all socioeconomic categories)

Proven engagement with DCMA, (Defense Contract Management Agency), Corporate interface, and across Business Areas of a corporation

Experience with developing relationships with client facing business and product development teams

Advanced procurement process (solicitation) and regulations experience

Experience in Executive Presence for customer engagements, internal and external audits, and high level executive briefings

Demonstrated relationship development with unique or niche companies offering a service or product the Aerospace & Defense (A & D) Industry would want to acquire or attain as a subcontract

Experience educating and mentoring stakeholders on the important and direct value suppliers bring to the business

Ability to work remotely
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Security Clearance Information
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $111,700 - $196,880. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $128,400 - $222,640. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
