Production Completion Supervisor F-16Location: Greenville SCWhat You Will Be DoingAre you ready to lead and inspire a skilled team in the completion of F-16V Block 70 center fuselage systems? As the F-16 Production Completion Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance in your assigned production area. You'll foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement while building strong customer relationships and driving results.
Key Responsibilities- Staff and develop technical proficiency levels to ensure a trained, qualified, and skilled team.
- Instill quality and product disciplines, maintaining stringent adherence to production absolutes.
- Foster positive customer relations with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and our System Program Office.
- Facilitate effective implementation of change and acceptance within the organization.
- Develop strategies to optimize production sequencing and absorb out-of-station work to prevent disruptions.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost and schedule performance.
- Recognize and reward exceptional team member performance while addressing performance issues effectively.
- Create a culture of accountability, trust, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Discover Greenville.Basic Qualifications5 years of experience in Aviation Production, Maintenance, Modification, Repair or Overhaul (MMRO) Operations.
Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.
Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
Experience interacting with internal/external customers.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Desired skillsBachelor's Degree from an accredited college
Experience with multi-tasking, organizing and prioritizing assignments
Previously awarded an Air Force, Marine, or Navy 7 level discipline skill level rating or possess equivalent civilian experience with associated credential such as an licensed FAA “Airframe and Power" plant or Inspector Airframe license
F-16 Fuel/Hydraulic/Electrical experience
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience
SAP experience is a plus
Experience in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement

Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
