EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within physical logistics, continuous improvement, manufacturing or supply chain. Additional years of experience a plus.
- People leadership experience including demonstrated development of team competencies.
- Experience with ERP transactions.
- Experience in the Aerospace industry preferred.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Control teams across all Click Bond locations.
- Execute people leadership responsibilities in accordance with Click Bond policies and applicable laws.
