Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

DRS RADA Technologies is a global leader in advanced radar and defense solutions.

We are looking for a seasoned HRBP. In this role,  you will act as a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted advisor to employees.

You will drive HR initiatives that align with business goals, foster a high-performance culture, and support talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

This role requires a proactive, solution-oriented professional with a deep understanding of HR practices and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational success.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
  • Support the implementation of change management initiatives to promote innovation and agility.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees, addressing employee concerns and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Talent Acquisition and Development

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and hire top talent for the organization.
  • Develop and implement programs for onboarding, training, and career development to retain and grow talent.

Performance Management

  • Guide managers in implementing performance management practices, including goal setting, feedback, and annual reviews.
  • Provide coaching and development to leaders to enhance their effectiveness and team performance.

Compliance and Policy Implementation

  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies to reflect best practices and organizational needs.

HR Metrics and Reporting

  • Use data and analytics to provide insights on workforce trends and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor key HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and diversity to drive improvements.

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a high tech or defense company - A MUST
  • Proven ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
