We are seeking an Endpoint Administration Specialist to manage and support a fleet of 70+ corporate Mac and 30+ Windows laptops, all administered via ManageEngine Endpoint Central. This role is responsible for the full device lifecycle, from zero-touch deployment to decommissioning, and provides on-site and remote support via our IT helpdesk queue. Beyond day-to-day support, this role will drive IT projects, such as automation improvements, security enhancements, and process optimizations. 


The Endpoint Administration Specialist will also administer user access and role assignments across corporate systems, ensuring proper onboarding and offboarding. As the company’s subject matter expert on Endpoint Central, you will work with a globally distributed workforce in the US, India, and Mexico. Regular on-site presence at our Denver office is required. 

Compensation: Annual Salary Range: $70K - $80K, depending on experience.  

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee Mac and Windows laptop management, from deployment to decommissioning. 
  • Maintain and configure ManageEngine Endpoint Central for Mac and Windows devices. 
  • Ensure smooth zero-touch provisioning and resolve deployment issues. 
  • Manage device security policies, compliance, and patching. 
  • Own IT onboarding for new hires, ensuring proper hardware and user provisioning. 
  • Administer user access and role assignments across corporate systems. 
  • Manage the help desk ticketing system (Jira Service Desk) and resolve escalations. 
  • Provide on-site and remote IT support, implementing long-term solutions. 
  • Handle hardware repairs, replacements, and warranty claims. 
  • Automate and optimize device setup and management processes. 
  • Maintain asset inventory, tracking, and reporting. 
  • Support IT security protocols, access controls, and contribute to policy development. 
  • Assist with Denver office IT needs (printers, AV equipment, etc.). 
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and other departments on IT policies and procedures. 
  • Assist the IT team with various system administration tasks as needed. 

Required Skills/Abilities:  

  • High-level proficiency with Mac administration in a corporate environment, including ManageEngine Endpoint Central and MDM. 
  • Strong experience with Windows administration and endpoint management. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to IT challenges. 

Bonus: Experience as an Atlassian administrator (JIRA, Confluence, OpsGenie). 


Proficient with:  

·      Mac administration, Windows administration, ManageEngine Endpoint Central

·      Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, OpsGenie)

·      CrowdStrike, Splunk, Office365, Okta, and Active Directory


Education and Experience: 

·      2+ years managing users and devices at scale (ITIL framework preferred). 

·      Experience with desktop management systems, Endpoint Central preferred. 

·      Experience with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, OpsGenie). 

·      Familiarity with SaaS environments and Agile processes. 

·      ACSP, ITIL 4 Foundation or similar certifications preferred. 


Physical Requirements:  

·      Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 

·      Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. 

·      This position requires regular on-site presence at our office.
